All sales are final
We do not accept returns, we do not offer exchanges, and once a parcel has been dispatched we do not issue refunds or credit notes. Up to that moment an order can be cancelled (see below); after it, the order is yours.
This is why the specification table, the size guides and the care instructions exist, and why a person will answer a question on WhatsApp before you pay. Please use them.
Prepaid only
There is no cash on delivery. Every order is paid in full online before it is packed, through the payment gateway — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Prices and GST
Every price on this site is exclusive of GST. Tax is added at checkout at the rate applicable to that product and shown as its own line before you pay — split into CGST and SGST when we are delivering within our own state, and charged as IGST when we are not.
A GST tax invoice is raised for every order and is downloadable from your order page. Prices can change; the price you paid is the one on your invoice.
Delivery and undelivered parcels
Shipping is flat and stated on the Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery estimates are working days from dispatch and depend on the courier.
If a parcel cannot be delivered — nobody at the address, a refused handover, an unserviceable PIN — the courier starts it back to us and your order page says so. That is not a return, and it does not create a refund; we will contact you to arrange what happens next.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order at any time before it is handed to the courier — message us on WhatsApp with the order number. The full amount is reversed to the payment method you paid with, and reaches you within 5–7 working days. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier the order can no longer be cancelled. The Refund & Cancellation policy states this in full.
Stock and pricing errors
Stock is live but not reserved until payment completes. In the rare case an item sells out between your payment and our packing, or a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you and settle it with you directly rather than shipping something you did not choose.
