What we hold, why we hold it, and how to get rid of it. Short, because you should be able to finish it.

What we store

  • Your name, email address and phone number, so an order can be placed and followed up.
  • The delivery addresses you save, including state and PIN code — the state also decides how GST is split on your invoice.
  • Your orders, invoices and shipment tracking, which we are required to keep for tax purposes.
  • Your saved items, so a wishlist survives you closing the tab.
  • Whether you agreed to WhatsApp updates, when, and from which screen.

What we never store

Card numbers, UPI handles and bank credentials. Payment is handled entirely by the payment gateway; those details never reach this store and are not ours to lose.

Who else sees it

  • The courier carrying your parcel gets the delivery address and phone number, because that is what a delivery is.
  • The payment gateway — Razorpay, or Paytm if you paid through it — gets the amount and your contact details, to take the payment, to reverse it if you cancel, and to raise a dispute if one happens.
  • WhatsApp carries the messages you agreed to receive.
  • Nobody else. We do not sell customer data and we do not share it for advertising.

WhatsApp consent, twice

Order updates and marketing are two separate switches at checkout, and agreeing to one is never treated as agreeing to the other. Both default to off. Reply STOP on WhatsApp to end either, or ask us on the contact page.
