Every order is prepaid, packed at our warehouse in Malappuram, Kerala, and shipped anywhere in India. Here is exactly what it costs and how long it takes.

How long it takes
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days of payment, and delivered within 3–7 working days of dispatch to most of India. Remote PIN codes and the North-East can take a little longer; public holidays and courier strikes are not working days.
Tracking
You will see each step — Pending, Manifested, Pickup scheduled, Picked up, In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered — on your order page, and on WhatsApp if you opted in at checkout. If a delivery attempt fails we retry the next working day and message you first.
If a parcel cannot be delivered at all it starts back to us, and the timeline says so rather than leaving you on “Out for delivery”. We will be in touch before it gets that far.
Where we deliver
India only, to any serviceable PIN code. We do not ship internationally.
The PIN check on a product page confirms the shape of a code, not whether a courier reaches it — that is a carrier answer we cannot give honestly in a browser. If you are somewhere remote, ask us before you order and we will check.
