What we make

Three things, properly: bedding and linen, floor coverings and wall and décor. Bedsheets, comforters, cushions, rugs, mats, clocks and frames — the pieces a home is actually assembled from, rather than a catalogue wide enough to be nobody’s.

Know your fabric

Every product states its material, its weave, its size and its care instructions on the page, in a table, before you buy. A 400 thread count sateen says so; a microfiber says so too. We would rather lose a sale to an honest specification than win one and have it arrive wrong.

What we do instead of returns

We do not take returns and we do not issue refunds. That is unusual enough that it is stated on every page of this site rather than discovered at the point of complaint — and it puts the work somewhere better: on the specification, on real photography, on measured sizes, and on a person who will answer a question before you spend anything.

If a parcel cannot be delivered it comes back to us and we sort it out with you. That is a courier outcome, not a return, and the tracking timeline on your order shows it happening.
